Before you get in touch

A few practical questions.

Do I need to know which service I want?

No. Describe the challenge and we can explore whether executive delivery, coaching or board-level support is appropriate.

Is my business the right size?

The primary focus is founder-managed businesses with £5m–£30m turnover that have traded for more than three years. Coaching also supports individual senior leaders and professional-services partners.

Can I ask about availability and fees?

Yes. Include your timing and the kind of involvement you are considering. Availability, scope and fees can then be discussed for your situation.
