How we work.
1. The first stage is a keen understanding of the client and their specific needs. During an initial discussion, a clear understanding of the scope of engagement will be created.
2. The next stage is to create a clear and demonstratable plan of action, highlighting the resources required from both the client company and from the BDB15 team. From this a structured set of projects, tasks and actions are created with the associated milestones.
3. The third stage is the engagement and execution of the engagement. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, frequent communication sessions ensure there are no surprises and that any obstacles/barriers to success can be addressed and removed at the earliest possible occasion.
Once the engagement has been completed a thorough review will be delivered to address any areas for future enhancement.
